With more than 17 years of construction and code compliance experience, our team supports developers, contractors, property owners, and municipalities throughout South Florida by delivering technically rigorous, code-compliant services that keep projects moving.

We understand the complexity of Florida’s regulatory landscape — and we help our clients navigate it efficiently and professionally.

Ladi March Goldwire is a Licensed Building Code Administrator (Chapter 468) and Certified General Contractor with extensive experience in construction oversight, regulatory compliance, and project management.

Her background in construction and code administration provides GRIP Solutions with both technical depth and practical field knowledge — allowing us to bridge the gap between design, permitting, and construction execution.

Founded in 2008 as a contracting firm, GRIP Solutions transitioned into third-party private provider services in 2018 following expanded legislative support for Florida’s Alternative Plans Review & Inspection Program.

Today, GRIP Solutions operates as an MBE/WBE/DBE-certified firm serving both private and municipal clients throughout South Florida.
